If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we process your name, phone number, the service address and details relating to your request.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is processed to carry out the site survey, provide a quote, perform the installation and deliver after-sales technical support, on the legal basis set out in KVKK art. 5/2-(c): processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties beyond legal obligations and is not transferred abroad. Correspondence conducted over WhatsApp is stored on that platform’s infrastructure.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to request that processing be restricted.
