Is the site survey chargeable?
No. Within Istanbul the survey and quote are free and come with no obligation.
How quickly do you attend an emergency electrical fault?
Within Istanbul we usually attend emergency faults the same day. Once we know your location and the type of fault over the phone, we give you a specific time.
My fuse keeps tripping - what causes that?
The most common causes are an overloaded circuit, earth leakage, or a faulty appliance. We test to identify which circuit is responsible and split the load where needed. Ignoring a repeatedly tripping fuse carries a genuine fire risk.
Is there an advantage to using one company for both electrical and camera work?
Yes. Camera, alarm and intercom systems all connect to the electrical installation anyway. With one team the cable routes get planned together, the walls only get opened once, and the guarantee comes from a single point.
How long does installation take?
Homes and small business installations are usually completed the same day. For rewiring and larger projects we confirm the schedule after the survey.
Can I view the cameras from my phone?
Yes. Every system we install supports remote viewing from phone, tablet and computer, and we walk you through it after installation.
Do you provide a warranty?
Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty, and our workmanship is guaranteed by us.
Can you repair my existing system?
Yes. We diagnose faults, service, replace parts and upgrade both electrical installations and security systems originally put in by other companies.
